In the future, the compact wood-clad central unit will supply 22 single-family homes and 6 multi-family homes.

The energy sources are exclusively renewable. The heat is obtained from wood pellets and from solar panels installed on the roof of the plant. Currently, four of the eight planned wood pellet boilers with 56 KW each are in operation. In summer, the solar collectors are usually the only source of heat supply. The heat supply consists of 100% renewable energy.
