The opening of the assisted housing offering, which comprises 71 apartments of 56 m2 each in the border triangle in Schengen on the Moselle, took place in June 2015. The building has a gross floor area of approximately 8,000 m2 and includes all the facilities required for caring for elderly people.
Two wood pellet boilers with an output of 370 kW are located in the basement of the building and provide the entire complex with 100% renewable heat.
